Epstein to Serve as CFO, Kucharz Appointed EVP, North American Online Operations & Global Online Platforms
NEW YORK - May 23, 2007 - Oberon Media, the world's leading casual game solutions provider, announced today that it has appointed Jeff Epstein as its executive vice president and chief financial officer and Ezra Kucharz its executive vice president of North American online operations & global online platforms. Both appointments are effective immediately.
Epstein brings more than a decade of experience in the CFO role, having held the position at three industry-leading, publicly traded companies, DoubleClick, ADVO and King World Productions. All three companies saw substantial growth in shareholder value under Epstein's financial leadership and each contributed to Epstein's in-depth knowledge of entertainment, advertising and direct marketing in the online, video and print media categories. Under Epstein's financial leadership DoubleClick's and King World Productions' stock prices tripled and ADVO sold for a 40% premium.

As Oberon Media's EVP, North American online operations & global online platforms Kucharz will drive the company's North American online day-to-day operations including revenue generation, partnership development, product development, marketing, web operations, fulfillment and global platform development. Kucharz is an accomplished technology innovator who served as chief operating officer of iVillage Properties, where he established the company's strategic path and managed product development and day-to-day operations. Kucharz was serving as VP of digital innovation for NBC Universal, where he led the company's Digital Media Incubator, when NBC Universal acquired iVillage. He also created and launched NBC Universal Digital Studios which produces unique, interactive content for all digital platforms including broadband, wireless, digital devices and digital home electronics.
